Scott is the Licensee-in-Charge of Jaxon Hunter Group, bringing decades of leadership in valuation, property services and real estate. He is recognised nationally for his expertise and continues to lead the team with the benefit of deep industry knowledge and practical insight. He is also the sole director of Scott Fullarton Valuations, a firm he established in 1993 that continues to provide specialist statutory and advisory valuations throughout Australia.

Over his career, Scott has held senior roles including Associate Director with Finch-Freeman, managing their mortgage and insurance division, and Associate Director with the Edward Rushton Group, managing their New South Wales property department.

Scott has carried out valuations across all property types including CBD assets, major industrial and commercial complexes, suburban hotels, service stations and residential property. He is regarded as a leading expert in the field of insurance and accounting valuations, particularly for Local Government, having specialised in this area for more than 30 years.

In addition to his valuation career, Scott established a successful real estate services company in 1997, building it into a boutique provider with assets under management across Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. The business was sold in 2021, reflecting decades of experience not only in valuation but also in the wider property services industry.

Scott holds unlimited registration in New South Wales and Queensland and has extensive experience across all Australian jurisdictions including Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and Northern Territory. He has held Class 1 Real Estate Agent and Certified Practising Valuer accreditation since 1993 and was subsequently awarded the designation of Certified Property Practitioner (CPP).
